National Informal STEM Education Network

2018 (see original presentation & discussion)

Grades 6-8, Grades 9-12, Informal / multi-age

In collaboration with NASA, the National Informal STEM Education Network (NISE Network) has assembled a new set of high-quality, engaging, hands-on Earth and space science experiences with connections to science, technology, and society and distributed them to 250 informal science institutions across the US. The goal for this project is to raise the capacity of museums and informal science educators to engage the public in Heliophysics, Earth Science, Planetary Science, and Astrophysics, and their social dimensions. This video highlights a few of the Explore Science: Earth & Space events across the US from March to August 2017 hosted by NISE Network partner institutions and showcasing some of the high quality STEM experiences our partners are creating for their visitors.

This video has had approximately 352 visits by 268 visitors from 163 unique locations. It has been played 187 times.
