Bringing the Universe to Classroom

2017 (see original presentation & discussion)

Grades K-6, Grades 6-8, Grades 9-12

Bringing the Universe to America's Classrooms is a WGBH initiative, funded by NASA, developing media-rich digital learning resources to increase students’ engagement with science phenomena and practices in the classroom. The WGBH team will design and implement digital media tools and resources, featuring WGBH and NASA content, that have the potential to impact millions of STEM classrooms nationally via free distribution through PBS LearningMedia™. Evaluation efforts are being conducted by researchers from Oregon State University's Center for Research on Lifelong STEM Learning and leverage teacher voices from around the country.
